Our experience with the Weil Team was outstanding. Katie and Marc Nasser are outstanding professionals with all the skills and expertise that implies. And best of all they have integrity and they care about their clients. We were from out of town and called them to see if they could show us houses with no prior notice. They worked us in on the day of our call and found the perfect home for us on a first visit. When we realized that we were interested in a house that The Weil Team represented, Marc agreed to serve as our agent while Katie continued to represent the sellers. Marc could not have been more thorough and diligent in representing our interests. We have worked with many high end real estate agents in other cities and Marc and Katie are at the top for skill, professionalism and a desire to take the best care of their clients. Our son and daughter-in-law used them when they bought their first home a few years ago and recommended them to us. Now they have helped two generations of our family find the perfect home. Our experience with Weil team has been absolutely wonderful. They made us feel like family vs. just another client. Always kept us updated throughout the entire process, which in our case was selling our house, buying land to build our dream house & buying a condo at the same time. Needless to say It was an extremely stressful time, but even with everything going on, they went above and beyond and guided us through every step of the way. Which honestly made the whole experience seamless.

The Weil Team was simply fantastic in every aspect.......on the selling end: from our exploratory meeting where they showed up prepared with market research and ideas for our sale process, to supporting us through showings, offers and counter offers, through home inspections and closing. I would say we needed a bit more 'hand-holding' in the selling process, as this was our first time selling a home. All of our questions about the sale were answered in a timely and confident manner. We were relocating from Charleston, SC so we had the challenge of trying to find the right house, in the right location (being unfamiliar with the area) from 10 hours away. We worked mainly with Mark from the Weil Team, but also had the pleasure of interacting Katie and Dee. Mark really took the time to get to know our family through email, text and phone. He knew what questions to ask and how to help us focus our search. He was able to make the most of our house hunting trips by showing us around the county to include shopping areas, schools, pools and so much more. His knowledge of the area was extensive.
